Sonia has been photographing people professionally since 2014. Through her established business, K. Cassidy Photography, she's captured thousands of genuine moments for families throughout Texas — and along the way, she developed something that's harder to teach than any technical skill: the ability to make people feel completely at ease in front of the camera.

K. Cassidy Studios grew out of a simple observation. The same skills that helped a nervous parent relax during a family portrait — patience, genuine conversation, knowing when to press the shutter and when to wait — are exactly what professionals need when it's time to update their headshot.

Most people who walk into a headshot session are a little nervous. Some of them haven't had professional photos taken in years. A few of them really, truly do not like having their picture taken. Sonia has heard every version of "I'm not very photogenic" — and her track record says otherwise.

The goal isn't a perfect pose. It's a photo that actually looks like you — not a stiff version of you, not a filtered version of you, but you at your most confident and professional. That's what Sonia delivers, session after session.
